The last version of coloring these humans who are made of music instruments.
Explanation of my submission:

Tough people for unfairness of this life, gentle where it's necessary.

Front side:
Thats a male:
Hair is made of instrument used in church - organ tubes.
Eyes are made of automotive music player.
Mouth is made of subwoofer.
Belly is made of concertina.
Legs are made of flutes.

Back side:
Female is made of:
Her hair made of harp.
Mouth covering is guitar head.
In the left of image(just before the dress) you can see the remaining part of guitar in her body.

Technical details:
Sketched with pencil.
Created in Flash CS5 using only line tool and reshaping it.
Looking forward to begin creating artwork with PS/Illustrator =]
No brushes have been used or any other material which is downloadable.
No collaboration.
Original artwork.
Yes, white color is hollow to the background of the t-shirt. It doesn't count as 5th color.

Just saw all ur other colors... One thing about great designs, it looks good in any color! I love how much detail you put in both designs but it still doesnt look cluttered, every piece of instrument is where its supposed to be, very well thought out! I love it, voted!

Thanks, For yours I guess that music note lines should be a bit scaled to have more space between the lines :)

First one looks better of yours: black heart on white T-shirt, red heart one black one, black heart on red one.
How notes are placed definitely reminds of a heart!
